چکیده
Turkish yarrow (Achillea gypsicola Hub. Mor.) contains medicinally valuable bioactive metabolites. Light plays a key role in many physiological events plants such as the accumulation of phenylpropanoid metabolites, particularly photosynthesis. The aim this study was to determine effects light on biosynthesis metabolites and biomass growth cell suspension cultures. In vitro plantlets obtained from seeds were used explant sources cultures A. established using stem segment-derived callus tissues. Then, 8-day-old kept B5 medium supplemented with 0.5 mg/L BA (benzylaminopurine)+0.5 NAA (naphthalene acetic acid) incubated dark environments. Cells harvested five times (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 12th day) total. amount camphor determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC–MS). Other parameters calculated spectrophotometric method. total phenolic increased depending sampling time conditions. Phenolic 29.25% compared initial culture. Also, application 1.12 times, flavanol 4.9 flavonol times. These results clearly demonstrate effect metabolite

Phenylethanoid glycosides from Phlomis integrifolia Hub.-Mor.
Two new phenylethanoid glycosides integrifoliosides A (2) and B (3), along with a known phenylethanoid glycoside alyssonoside (1) and a flavone glucoside chrysoeriol-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4) were isolated from the aerial parts of Phlomis integrifolia. The structures of the new compounds were identified as 3,4-dihydroxy-beta-phenylethoxy-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1 --> 4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyran...

A new phenylethanoid tetraglycoside, physocalycoside (2), was isolated from the aerial parts of Phlomis physocalyx. Its structure was identified as 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-beta-phenylethoxy-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)]-4-O-feruloyl-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside, on the basis of spectroscopic evidence. In addition, one known iridoid glu...
متن کاملGeographical Impact on Essential Oil Composition of Endemic Kundmannia Anatolica Hub.-mor. (apiaceae)
BACKGROUND Kundmannia anatolica Hub.-Mor. is an endemic specie of Apiaceae diversified in Turkey. Several parts of the plant may contain essential oils in different quantity which can be influenced by environmental factors, mainly altitude. The aim of this study was to test whether there is any altitude effect on volatile chemical constituents of essential oil obtained from the fruits of K. ana...
